World's Deepest Step Well - Chand Baori, Jaipur...



The Chand Baori well, situated near the small Indian village of Abnaheri (near Jaipur), is one of the deepest step wells in the world. The well was built sometime during the 9th century, and boasts 3500 small steps spanning 13 stories and 100 feet.

Harvey Milk's Kool Aid

Gus Van Sant's Milk does not deal overtly with the fact that Harvey Milk's assassination occurred only days after Jonestown. In the Sean Penn starring film, it is mentioned that there was Kool-Aid at Milk's funeral, but that's about the only reference. Recently, I posted extensively here about the links between Jonestown, Milk, and Moscone. The massacre at Jonestown was the precursor to the assassinations of Harvey Milk and George Moscone, which took place nine days after the Jonestown events, on November 27, 1978. Wisconsin: New Joker Attack

In the space of one week, there have been three violent incidents involving Joker copycats. Besides the Belgium and Indiana incidents, tonight there is new information about an attack earlier in Wisconsin. On Friday, January 23, 2009, Kim de Gelder, reportedly with his face painted like the Joker, invaded the "Fairyland" daycare in Dendermonde and allegedly killed three people. The day after the Dendermonde incident, it now turns out, in Reseburg, Clark County, Wisconsin, a man who had painted his face like the Joker in The Dark Knight invaded a home in an attempt to beat up his former girlfriend's boyfriend. How long is the longest hair? According to Guinness the world's longest documented hair belongs to Xie Qiuping (China) at 5.627 m (18 ft 5.54 in) when measured on May 8, 2004. She has been growing her hair since 1973 from the age of 13. The images below are of Xie Qiuping caring for her hair. The world record for long hair belongs to xie qiuping of china, who grew it to more than 18 feet long. i wonder if the following ladies would've though that was going too far.
